- Inspect apartment for rent-ready condition.
- Account for and refund security deposit in the time allotted by law.
- Update advertising.
- Thoroughly screen applicants.
- Meet applicant at apartment for inspection and completion of paperwork.
- Receive money from and give keys to the new tenant.
