This predominantly African-American community is located at the southern end of Los Angeles and contains a mix of large and lavish homes and working-class apartment buildings.
The landform Baldwin Hills have long been drilled for petroleum, with active oil wells in the mid-hills along La Cienega Boulevard. The Kenneth Hahn State Recreation Area is a major jewel enhancing the community with park activities and recreation. The headwaters of Ballona Creek are in the hills and park, which then flows west into the Santa Monica Bay.
Our office is located 20 minutes from Baldwin Hills thus making it possible for us to respond quickly to building issues as needed. We manage many properties in the area.
Baldwin Hills is bound on the north by Martin Luther King Blvd, Marlton Avenue on the East, La Brea Avenue on the West, and Baldwin Hills Estates on the South.
