Koreatown is the most densely populated area in Los Angeles with some 12,000 residents in 2.7 square miles. The area is rich with apartment buildings, ranging from modest duplexes to hundred-unit high rises. Catering to all the residents in these buildings is an abundance of restaurants and shops as well as other businesses needed by city-dwellers. While the neighborhood culture has historically been oriented to the Korean immigrant population, Korean business owners are creating stronger ties to the Latino community in Koreatown as the Latino population is booming.
Koreatown is bound on the south by Olympic Boulevard and Third Street on the north. It spans the area between these streets from Western Avenue on the west to Vermont Avenue on the east. Our office is located in the center of Koreatown. We manage many properties in this vibrant pocket of Los Angeles.
