Centered on the lake which bears its name sits historic Echo Park. It is located northwest of downtown Los Angeles and southeast of Hollywood. With over 43,000 people, it is a very densely populated area with an average of 16,868 people per square mile. Graced with historic architecture, hilly topography, pedestrian-friendly streets and engaged citizens, the community was named one of the “Top 10 Great Neighborhoods” in 2008 by The American Planning Association.
Echo Park is bordered on the west by Glendale Blvd. and on the east by the L. A. River. It begins in the north near where the I-5 freeway and Glendale (2) freeway meet. It covers the area south to where the 101 freeway and the 110 freeway meet.
Our office is located just four miles southwest of Echo Park, making it possible for us to respond quickly to building issues as needed.
