Undoubtedly, the most famous community in all of Los Angeles, Hollywood defies a succinct description. An eclectic mix of old and new, upscale and working class, Hollywood is undergoing rapid gentrification and revitalization. It’s population of 85,000 is highly diverse and it is the seventh-densest neighborhood in Los Angeles County. Renters occupy 92.4% of the housing units.
In 2002, some Hollywood voters began a campaign for the district to secede from Los Angeles and become a separate municipality. Their attempt failed by wide margins in the citywide vote.
Our office is a mere 15 minute drive from Hollywood, thus making it possible for us to respond quickly to building issues as needed.
